What is it?

Workglue’s new Employee Health Certification feature allows users to create, customize and modify forms in English and Spanish, and capture signatures from the field.

It’s simple – Select either ALL employees OR only scheduled employees to receive an automated text message of the document you want signed. Select the time you want the employees to receive the text.

Field employees open the link in the text, read, sign and submit. It’s that simple.

On the management side, you can see who has signed and who hasn’t. Resend if needed to an individual. Download the signed PDF if needed for printing by clicking on the green button.
