John is obsessed with systems, workflow, and customer service. He is our expert home service provider, and owner of his 5th generation family painting company.  He is also Workglue’s biggest advocate for key features and user-friendly interface.  Workglue stems from John recognizing the need for a cohesive web-based platform to effectively run his long-standing painting business. When he’s not in the office, he’s either advocating for his son (and many of his friends) who have Down syndrome or he’s off whitewater kayaking and/or mountain biking. John currently lives in Petaluma, CA with his wife and two sons.

Robert is a serial entrepreneur, having launched and sold several technology companies over the last 30 years. He specializes in building web-based management systems; from Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to project management to scheduling to invoicing- Robert is Workglue’s tech guru. He spends most of his days trying to come up with better ways for people to grow their business while maintaining profitability. Robert is also an accomplished father- All three of his daughters are either off to college or beginning their own careers. Robert currently lives in Chandler, AZ with his wife.
