Customer Video/File Upload 

We hope you have been enjoying Workglue, and that we have played a small role in your company’s success.

If you have two minutes we would appreciate getting a short video from you. Nothing fancy, just look at your phone and talk. We want to share your feedback with other Workglue users and potential customers, so we might put you on our website.

• How long you have been using Workglue
• How has Workglue helped you achieve your goals
• Your favorite Workglue feature

A few simple precautions will help ensure you look great:

• check the lighting to be sure your face isn’t in a shadow
• don’t record in the shop with a compressor running
• don’t record in the bathroom or an empty conference room with lots of echo

Try to keep the video under two minutes, but if you have more to say, go right ahead.

When the video is done, read the release agreement below 👇🏼 (it basically says we can do whatever we want with your video, photo, audio recording, etc.) and then fill in the form to upload your file.

RELEASE AGREEMENT

Definitions

“Content” means still or motion photographs or films, illustration, animation, audio, or other recordings taken of me, including my appearance, likeness and voice.

“Workglue Inc.” or “Workglue” is the company receiving, filming, photographing or recording my Content, including any Content I create and send to Workglue by any means. Workglue includes any licensees, successors, and assigns.

By providing and/or uploading Content, I irrevocably grant to Workglue Inc. the right to license and use the Content in any manner, form or medium, for any and all use whatsoever (except pornographic or illegal), which may include art, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service.

I agree that:

• the Content may be used in combination with other images and may be modified;
• I have no rights to inspect or approve the Content or the use to which the Content may be applied;
• I have no further right to any consideration and will not make claims associated to the Content, for any reason, to Workglue.

I agree that my personal information will not be made publicly available but may only be used in connection to licensing the Content where necessary (e.g., to defend claims and protect legal rights), and may be retained as long as necessary to fulfill this purpose, including by being shared with sub-licensees and assignees of Workglue and transferred to countries with differing data protection and privacy laws where it may be stored, accessed and used.

I release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Workglue Inc. and its licensees, sub-licensees, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (“Released Parties”) from any liability arising out of or in connection with the use of the Content, including any and all claims for defamation or invasion of privacy or publicity. I acknowledge that the Released Parties are not responsible or liable for any unauthorized use or piracy of the Content.

I represent and warrant that I am at least 18 years of age and have the full legal capacity to execute this release on my own behalf.

I acknowledge and agree that this release is binding upon my heirs and assigns.
